Peppermint tea is one of the few teas that can be enjoyable to drink as it tastes less like grass than most teas. Personal opinion .. but also universally true. But it seems like there are other options what to do with it that helps you even more.
We had a talk with Danielle Cuccio, the CEO/Founder of Cuccio Somatology, one of the fastest growing, women-led beauty businesses with a global reach of over 120 countries about this very same topic.
As a celebrity yoga instructor and a licensed aesthetician, Danielle learned about the value of achieving balance in oneโs personal and professional life and its effects on oneโs skin and overall glow.
It’s why they have an awesome product that is made of cooling peppermint temple rub and is designed to reinvigorate and restore clarity. But why would it be better than drinking peppermint tea?
“Cooling spot therapy is a temple rub or rubs for the back of your neck to be used whenever feeling stressed, anxious or foggy. It helps you find centre, calm and focus. It is also known to help with headache relief,” she explains.

But how? “Peppermint is known to help decrease anxiety and fatigue. Peppermint oil is also known for boosting attentiveness. In a brainstorming session, use peppermint oil to invigorate the mind and help find more clarity, ” she adds.
Sounds great but can you get an overdose of it?
She laughs and says: “A little goes a long way. Use about half a dime-sized amount and rub it into the temples or back of the neck. You can use Cooling Spot Therapy whenever you feel tense or stressed. Itโs an easy pick-me-up to find calm in moments.”
You can try it out in your Out’n’Proud Pack this month – how fab is that?
