Tried-on underwear must not be returned. Tell us what missed the mark so the founders and CX team can improve your next Pack, then wait for NGT to confirm the eligible route.
The return application will be subject to approval by the team. You will receive a coupon code which you can use in our shop to buy a free pair of underwear to be added to your next pack. If you didn’t like the type of underwear (boxers, briefs or jockstraps and so on) but it was listed on your profile during the time of order processing the request might be denied.
Grooming products cannot be returned.

Are the Gay Packs discreet?
Your Gay Pack arrives in plain, discreet outer packaging. Inside, the Pack box is made from leftover kraft paper and the reveal is unmistakably Next Gay Thing. See the packaging page.
How can I make sure to receive the correct size?

Use our sizing guide as a starting point. Brand-specific fit can vary; if you’re between sizes, choosing the larger size can provide a more comfortable fit.
When can I expect my Gay Pack?
As a rule of thumb, we ship Gay Packs from our warehouse every business day. Usually, it takes 2-3 days to arrive in the UK, 6-7 working days to the US/Canada & EU and 14-21 days to the rest of the world.
If a shipment is delayed or has another delivery issue, contact us so we can check the live tracking and the available resolution.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel future renewals from My Profile under Subscriptions.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order already paid. Contact support promptly if you need help with a current order; the available action depends on its fulfilment state and your applicable rights.
How are product claims checked?
We only state materials, ingredients, certifications, origin, care, performance, skin or health effects, vegan, cruelty-free, organic or sustainability claims when current manufacturer packaging/specifications or a verified WooCommerce product field supports that exact claim.
