Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using nextgaything.com (“the Site”) or buying from Next Gay Thing (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
Orders, prices and currencies
Product and subscription prices come from our current product catalogue and are shown in the active currency. The checkout total is the source of truth for the products, renewal cadence, shipping charge, and any duties or taxes collected in advance for your address. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the price and cadence shown at checkout and in your subscription details. You can pause, skip or cancel from your Profile, subject to the options shown for that subscription. Make changes before the next order is processed. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or dispatched.
Shipping, tracking and import charges
Orders are sent in discreet packaging using a tracked shipping method. We aim to dispatch within one business day, but dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is emailed after dispatch and is also available on your Orders page.
The available method, exact shipping charge, estimated delivery window, and whether duties or taxes are prepaid are shown at checkout for the delivery address. If checkout does not say that import charges are prepaid, the recipient may be responsible for duties, taxes or carrier fees required by the destination country.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and collecting the parcel when required. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will confirm any reshipping cost before sending it again. There is no universal fixed shipping or handling deduction.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a distance purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on the goods and their condition. Legal exceptions can include sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, as well as made-to-order or clearly personalised goods. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning an eligible unwanted item. Refunds, original delivery costs and any deductions are handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the order—not a fixed currency fee. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly.
Our voluntary Gay Pack Promise provides the published satisfaction routes for eligible Gay Pack items. It is separate from, and does not replace or reduce, statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Review the policies of any third-party site you visit.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you habitually live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Site. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law. Please review this page periodically.
