Shipping information

We ship everywhere in the world (almost, depending on the postal service) and shipping our packs is free in USA, UK and the European Union. All orders are shipped by regular tracked mail in a discreet shipping box.

As a rule of thumb, we ship your order out within 24 hours from our warehouse, every business day. Usually, it takes 2-3 days to arrive in the UK, 4-7 working days to the US/Canada & EU and 14-21 days to the rest of the world.

All duties and taxes are pre-paid in the EU.

If there is a shipping issue, we’ll solve it for you within 7 days as per our 7-Day-Solution Guarantee.

Packaging

Knowing in some regions of the world it’s still sensitive to be out and proud, we ship all our orders in a discreet shipping box.

We ship your order out within 1 working day.

Once the package has been shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number. 

You can also find it under your order on the orders page.

Before placing a new order or before your renewal payment goes though, you can make changes to your billing and shipping addresses in your account page under your subscription.

For changes to any existing orders, please contact our customer support.

EU Countries and the UK:

All taxes and duties are included in the final price and are paid for you.

Rest of the World: Shipments to countries outside the EU and the UK follow the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) agreement. The product prices displayed do not include taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the country to which you are shipping. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. If you want to estimate the tax you will need to pay, please contact your local customs office.

We know that sometimes it’s difficult to be fully out. Or you just don’t want anyone to bother your business. For this reason, we’ve taken extra care in packaging the Gay Packs and ship them in discreet packaging.

Just your address

On the top of the pack you can just find your address, our address and the customs form (CN22) which includes a brief general description of the goods. We keep it as generic as possible and only include the form due to the law.

Nothing in the back

We keep the back of the package clear to make it even easier for you to get to your pack. Just strip it open and enjoy all the fab we chose for you that month.
